SERGO Logistics Poznan, Komorniki, is a Logistics centre, strategically located to the south-west of Poznan. The park occupies 55 hectares and offers around 230,000 sq m of warehouse and production space, with the possibility to expand by a further 10,200 sq m in the same building.

The exceptional location of the warehouse centre – only 10 km from the centre of Poznan, directly at the A2 motorway – guarantees convenient communication with Warsaw and Berlin, and the vicinity of the S5 and S11 expressways ensures efficient access to Wroclaw and Koszalin. Another advantage is the proximity of Poznan-Ławica airport, providing additional transport links.

The space in the park allows for flexible arrangements according to the customer’s guidelines – it is possible to adapt the facilities to the needs of companies from different sectors. In addition, SEGRO, as the developer, owner and manager, provides the care of a dedicated Property Manager, which guarantees responsiveness and the highest care for the buildings, safety, and customers’ comfort.

Building “H” at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznan, Komorniki, is a modern warehouse space with exposure to the A2 motorway. The facility totals 30,247 sq m, including 1,987 sq m of office space. There is potential to expand the warehouse by a further 10,200 sq m.

The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate and is equipped with, among other things, energy-efficient LED lighting. The warehouse has 800 KVA emergency generator. Access to the building is facilitated by automatic vehicle license plate reading. In the area around the building, 150 parking spots are available for customers’ cars and their guests – in front of the offices' main entrance and at the site's entrance. In addition, there are 50 parking spots in the area around the building by the offices and the dispatch zone and 50 spots for TIR trucks.

In accordance with the company’s Responsible SEGRO programme – all energy used in the building comes from 100% renewable energy sources.
